Authorized dealership

GS Wire & Packaging is an authorized dealer of Kirloskar pumps and motors. All product trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Quotations & orders

All quotations are valid for the period stated in writing and are subject to availability. Orders are confirmed only on receipt of agreed advance / purchase order.

Warranty

Products carry the standard manufacturer warranty as provided by Kirloskar. Warranty claims are processed via the manufacturer's authorized service network.

Limitation of liability

GS Wire & Packaging shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use beyond the manufacturer's published specifications.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
